We're looking for someone to join the client services team at Guerilla. This job is not easy and won’t be for everyone. Because Guerilla isn’t for everyone. It isn’t for people who think their role in the creative process is just to do the admin and pass on client amends. Or for people who think they’re too important to write contact reports, timing plans or briefs. And it certainly isn’t for people who want an easy life. Because creating great creative work is not easy.
We're looking for a grafter. Someone who makes things happen. And has the energy and personality to see things through. Someone who knows the difference between what a client wants, and what they need. We need someone who can think strategically and creatively for our clients. Who is able to talk to, work with and present to anyone, no matter what their job title. And who has all the basic stuff buttoned down so that they can deliver things; on time and on budget.
We need someone who knows what makes work great, rather than just okay. Because ok should never be good enough. We need someone who understands the value of an insightful creative brief. Who has an opinion. And isn't afraid to voice that opinion. Someone who will fight for good ideas and will challenge the status quo. We need someone who won’t stick their head in the sand or hide away from difficult or tricky conversations. Someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation. We need someone who can juggle balls and spin plates at the same time. Someone who can cope with running an advertising campaign, brand identity and large online projects for different clients, all at once. Someone who appreciates what a deadline is. And who understands the commercial side of our business.
But most of all, someone who we actually want to be part of our day. Who knows how to laugh, and make others laugh. Is interested And interesting. And someone who makes excellent tea*.

Step up to a new challenge! An ambitious and enthusiastic sales executive is required to sell our digital signage solution in to a rapidly growing market.
The candidate will have knowledge of basic sales and be required to provide telesales activities to make qualified appointments with potential clients.
